Shipping policy

HOW MUCH SHIPPING COST?

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping is free standard shipping on orders $49+; $4.95 under $49.

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days. This includes production time since most products are made to order. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

As soon as the order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase. Transit time  is 6-7 days for delivery. We currently offer Standard (USPS/UPS Ground). We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@aussiebaydesigns.com.

(This policy excludes errors made by the customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missing parcel deliveries).

Undeliverable or wrong-address packages can be reshipped for the actual postage cost or refunded minus original shipping.

Note: In many areas, Saturday and Sunday delivery may or may not be available. Thus, delivery estimates for unaccounted shipments to destinations that don't have weekend delivery are based on 6-7 business day (processing + transit), transit times, not including Saturday or Sunday.

HOLIDAY SEASON POLICY

  • During the busy holiday season, we try our best to ensure your gifts arrive on time. However,  due to high volumes and unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be a slight delay in the delivery of your order.
  • If an error does occur, with proper validation and communication via email (support@aussiebaydesigns.com), we will work with you on providing store credit or reshipping lost items.
  • Understandably, refunds are not guaranteed for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may affect Aussie Bay Designs or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding. 

WHERE DO ORDERS SHIP FROM?

Our fulfillment partners each manufacture specific products and ship within the United States. We ensure your goods will be printed in the most convenient location for your delivery address, ensuring fast and affordable shipping services!

ORDER CUT OFF TIME?

Be aware that orders that are submitted after 12 pm Pacific time may be processed the next day. Also Orders that are received Friday after 12 pm may be processed first thing Monday morning due to our production being shut down over the weekends.
